1. I SAW A RING ON YOUR SITE, AND I LOVE IT! CAN I TRY IT ON?

Danyal Paraiba provides a 14-day risk free return policy. Therefore you can order the piece, get it in the mail, try it on and if you do not like it for whatever reason, you can may return the piece back to us and get a full refund within 14 days. We pay for the return shipping as well.

2. MY RING SIZE DOES NOT APPEAR AS AN OPTION WHEN PLACING AN ORDER?

If your ring size does not appear as a selection in our online store for a particular design, it only means that we do not have it currently in stock. However if you contact our customer service representative we can give you a better idea on how long it might take for us to make you one custom to your ring size.

3. CAN I ORDER THROUGH YOUR WEBSITE?

Absolutely. Just click on the shop online link.

4. CAN I CUSTOM DESIGN AN ENGAGEMENT RING?

Yes, we provide custom designs for those who want to make it their own. The whole process may take 3-8 weeks depending on the design and availability of stones. Our in-house designers can provide you with a selection of sketches depending on your requirements. Upon approval, we will provide you with a quotation for the order or if you have a budget to work with, we can adjust the costing to suit your needs. With your permission we can even name the design after you and introduce it in our collection.

7. I'D LIKE TO PLACE AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER. DO I PAY CUSTOMS FEES TO DANYAL PARAIBA OR TO FEDEX?

You are responsible for any custom fees or duties for the order. We recommend that you check for any duties or taxes for jewelry in your country before placing the order so you will not be hit with an unanticipated bill. Fedex may invoice you directly for the tax or they may direct you to a customs broker to do the clearance. Danyal Paraiba does not take any responsibility for duties or taxes during shipping.

8. HOW DO I FIND MY RING SIZE?

When selecting the ring size, we provide a link to "View Chart". This opens a popup that indicates the approximate ring size on screen. Place a ring that you currently have against the screen and choose the size that matches.

9. WHAT IF I DON'T ORDER THE CORRECT RING SIZE?

Danyal Paraiba provides a 14-day risk free return policy. Therefore you can order the piece, get it in the mail, try it on and if it does not fit, you can may return the piece back to us and request for a resize. We pay for all the shipping so you have nothing to worry.

10. CAN YOU ENGRAVE MY RING?

We currently do not offer engraving services.

11. CAN I PURCHASE A LOOSE PARAIBA (ONLY THE GEMSTONE)?

Most definitely. If you are interested in only the stone, please contact our customer service representative by phone or email and provide the specifications of what you want and we can provide you with a quotation on the price of the stone.

12. IS THE NAME DANYAL PARAIBA GOING TO BE INSCRIBED INSIDE MY RING LIKE I SEE IN THE PICTURES ONLINE?

Absolutely. All Danyal Paraiba jewelry are engraved with our logo. However, some of the smaller pieces especially pendants because of limited space to engrave might be more difficult to see.
