We provide free Fedex 2 day shipping.

3. I'D LIKE TO PLACE AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER. DO I PAY CUSTOMS FEES TO DANYAL PARAIBA OR TO FEDEX?

You are responsible for any custom fees or duties for the order. We recommend that you check for any duties or taxes for jewelry in your country before placing the order so you will not be hit with an unanticipated bill. Fedex may invoice you directly for the tax or they may direct you to a customs broker to do the clearance. Danyal Paraiba does not take any responsibility for duties or taxes during shipping.

4. CAN I SHIP TO AN ADDRESS THAT IS DIFFERENT FROM MY BILLING ADDRESS?

Yes.

5. DO YOU SHIP TO MILITARY APO'S?

Yes.

6. HOW LONG AFTER I ORDER WILL MY ITEM BE SHIPPED?

All orders placed before 5:00pm (PST) will be dispatched the same day (Monday – Friday). If a ring needs to be resized, shipments maybe delayed by a few days.

All orders will be provided with a tracking number and insurance for the cost of your package. In the event that multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination and on the same account, orders will be combined, unless otherwise requested. An additional 1-3 business days processing time is required.

7. I SEE THAT YOU DON'T SHIP TO MY COUNTRY. IS THERE AN ALTERNATIVE?

Please contact our customer service representative and we will try our best to work with you to come up with a solution.

8. ARE YOUR SHIPMENTS SECURE?

Yes, our shipments are fully insured.

9. WHAT IF MY JEWELRY GETS LOST DURING SHIPMENT?

Our shipments are fully insured so in the rare case a shipment does get lost, depending on availability we will send you a replacement immediately. If we do not have a replacement in stock, we will fully refund the money back to you or place a special order for the design.

14 day hassle free returns. We pay for all the shipping.

2. DO YOU HAVE AN UPGRADE POLICY?

Yes. You have the option of upgrading your Danyal Paraiba piece for something else on our online store. You would need to provide proof of purchase and send the piece to us for inspection in order to receive the credit.
