LIFETIME WARRANTY AND UPGRADES
We are committed to ensuring the quality of your purchase; we stand behind everything that we sell and warrant that all items will be free from any manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. We will repair and maintain your jewelry for a lifetime.All of our jewelry is manufactured using the highest quality materials and is inspected prior to shipment. Our lifetime warranty offers free prong tightening, re-polishing, rhodium plating and cleaning services.
In the event that there is ever a problem with your jewelry or you are in need of other services that are not covered under our lifetime warranty, your jewelry can be mailed back to our office for evaluation. Once inspected, should charges apply, you will be notified prior to any work being done to service your jewelry.
For example, if the jewelry gets damaged during wear and a stone is lost, we can help you try to locate a replacement stone. Once found, we will inform you of the replacement cost and upon payment of charges, we will repair the damaged piece and you will only charged for the stone cost. The jewelry repair is covered by our lifetime guarantee.
Please contact us if you have any questions or would like to return your item(s) to take advantage of our free lifetime warranty or request additional repair work needed to service your Danyal Paraiba jewelry.
In addition to our lifetime warranty on workmanship, we provide an upgrade policy. You have the option of upgrading your Danyal Paraiba piece for something else on our online store. You would need to provide proof of purchase and send the piece to us for inspection in order to receive the credit towards your new purchase.
SHIPPING
As soon as we have received your order we will send it to you as soon as possible. In general, the delivery term is 1-3 business days inside the US. If we are unable to deliver the products within the agreed term, we will notify you accordingly. Danyal Paraiba provides free 2 day Fedex insured shipping.
DELIVERY TIMES
All orders placed before 5:00pm (PST) will be dispatched the same day (Monday – Friday) excluding national holidays. If a resize is required there might be a slight delay in shipping.
All orders will be provided with a tracking number and insurance for the cost of your package. In the event that multiple orders are placed with the same shipping destination and on the same account, orders will be combined, unless otherwise requested. An additional 1-3 business days processing time is required.

Please allow at least one business day after your order is shipped for the tracking information to appear online. If the tracking information does not update online, and the expected delivery date has passed, please contact our Customer service here so that we can assist you further.
